Mercurio rige al signo de Virgo (lógica pura) y al signo de Géminis (la comunicación hecha realidad), ambos de naturaleza mutable y con un don agudo de palabra. Cuando Mercurio retrógrada, de por sí ya tiene bastante problemática para realizar su trabajo correctamente: pensar y expresar de una forma fácil aquello que queremos decir. Ahora, ¿Imaginaos que retrógrada en su signo que está en caída? Este término en astrología está dado para designar a un planeta que está fuera (muy fuera) del signo o signos que rige; en este caso, en oposición a su regencia (Virgo) y en aspecto desarmónico en cuadratura al otro signo que rige (Géminis). Lo podemos entender como que nadie va a entender nada: no está en su zona de confort y, en Piscis, cada movimiento se vuelve confusión.
Hablemos de Piscis: imagina hablar bajo el agua; eso mismo es Mercurio en este lugar. Luego, también imagina decir algo mientras alguien está soñando o, quizá, en un concierto de música. ¿Lo vas a entender perfecto? La respuesta es no. O no tan fácil como pensamos. Ahora mismo, si hablamos de tránsitos, Mercurio tiene que recorrer más de la mitad del signo de agua hasta llegar a Aries.
Es decir, volverá a pasar por encima de grados que ya pasó… Hasta que no llegue al grado 22 no tendremos mucha novedad, aunque es cierto que dentro de la nebulosa vamos avanzando. Mercurio en Aries es sincero, impulsivo y va de frente; no se deja una y es totalmente diferente a su situación actual, y cómo se mueve no tiene nada que ver. He de aclarar que, en cuanto se empiece a vaciar Piscis de planetas, el resto de mutables podrá respirar.

Right now, if we talk about transits, Mercury still has to travel through more than half of the water sign before reaching Aries.
In other words, it will pass again over degrees it has already crossed… Until it reaches degree 22, we will not have much novelty, although it is true that within the nebula we are moving forward. Mercury in Aries is sincere, impulsive, and straightforward; it holds nothing back and is completely different from its current situation, and the way it moves has nothing to do with it. I should clarify that, once Pisces begins to empty of planets, the rest of the mutable signs will be able to breathe.
